A Breakthrough in Decoding the Zodiac Killer's Ciphers!!!!

I recently made a MAJOR breakthrough in decoding the Z18! To me anyways.. But here's how to replicate:
EXPLANATION:
This is the translation of the letter sent by the Zodiac Killer on July 31st, 1969.

It contained a cipher at the ending of the letter- EBEORIETEMETHHPITI. That cipher is referred to as Z18. It is often labeled as "Filler". I may have solved part of it! Look at the translation:
I think this is a MAJOR BREAKTHROUGH!!
- Go to cryptii.com
- Select Decode
- Click where the text says Alphabetical Substitution, and a menu will appear
- Select Enigma M3 from the list
- Click where the text says UKW B and select UKW C
- Set rotor to II-I-III
- Set Start Position to 6-12-25 (F-L-Y)
- Set Ring to 12-9-19 (L-I-S)
- Enter EBEORIETEMETHHPITI into Ciphertext
- Done!
